Melissa F. Brown, LLC's office, at 145 King Street, Suite 405, is located on the lower part of Charleston's peninsula on the west side of King Street. It is five blocks south of Market Street on the corner of King and Queen Streets. The building is known as the "King and Queen Building."
Nearby landmarks include Charleston Place Hotel (five blocks north), the Charleston Library Society (1/2 block north) and the Charleston County Parking Garage (across the street).
The approach to the office can be confusing because of the many one-way streets. The easiest way to come to the office and find a parking space is to drive south on Meeting Street, take a right onto Queen Street and pull into the Charleston County Parking Garage on the left OR, you can park behind our building by following the same directions and instead of pulling into the Charleston County Garage continue down Queen Street and cross King Street. Then, pull into our lot behind our building and park in Space number 41. (IT IS CRITICAL TO PARK IN THE CORRECT SPOT OR YOU WILL BE TOWED
BY OTHERS.)
Once you park, the office is on the corner of King & Queen Streets in the King and Queen Building on the 4th floor (Suite 405).
